Zoe Ashbridge is one half of Road to Frame.

Zoe has loved cycling since her early twenties when she bought her first proper bike, an Islabike from a local shop in Ludlow where she lived. Between buying her first bike and meeting Stew, Zoe would cycle around Shopshire and join local sporting events like triathlon and cycling sportive.

Zoe met Stew in 2017 and joined him on his mega adventure to cycle around the world, the rest as they say, is history.

With a passion for writing Zoe started sharing her bike adventures on this blog and has been published inTreadBikely where she was a runner-up to a competition.
