An Update From Lyon
Stew and I have had the most lovely few days! Here’s a bit of an update from Lyon, but there’s more to come! We’ve met some lovely folk!
From 17th – 20th we spent a lovely few days with Patrick and Claire who took us in after we were connected by their cousin Luc in Arras.
We saw the sites of Lyon, walked along the riverside and practically had a private tour of Lyon at night. It’s absolutely stunning!!! 😍
We also enjoyed Galettes de Sarrasin Bretonne, a savoury buckwheat flour pancake with cheese, ham and eggs. This dish is particularly special, as it originates in Brittany where Patrick and Claire have spent their holidays over many years!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lyon, we loved it so much, I’ve published a full blog post here: https://www.roadtoframe.com/adventures/world-tour/lyon-quality-time-with-our-kind-hosts/
Find out what we loved most and why we have to go back!
Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us, Patrick and Claire, we hope to repay you someday! 🤗
