Our Final Province In Argentina

We made it to our final province in Argentina, Misiones.

As soon as we crossed the province border we saw a hard shoulder, and thank goodness for it.

Finally, we could get ourselves off the road and tucked into the side.

Everything felt better. It’s just less intense and the ride more enjoyable.

After 700 miles of flat lands and headwinds we are also happy to see some climbs!

Argentina landscape has changed again.

We’ve cycled through

* mountains

* unbelievably intense heat,

* stunning greenery

* flat lands and headwinds

* wetlands with the caimans (basically an alligator)

* and now more greenery.

The humidity is picking up and we are sweating a lot, a lot.

I have mixed feelings. I find humidity quite uncomfortable but my skin *loves* and I woke up looking ten years younger today haha

We have just four cycling days left and about 150 miles before we cross our final land border of the trip.

We are going to Brazil. 🥳

As we approach the border, we meet Brazilians on the road. They chat to us in service stations as we rehydrate.

We feel comfortable that Brazil will be a welcoming.

Before we leave Argentina we will visit Puerto Igazú and visit the waterfalls.
