Adelaide – Part 2

We called the hotel in advance to confirm they had a room, they did. The woman on the phone was LOVELY. She was the warmth we so desperately needed after a series of unfortunate engagements.

We told her we’d be a while as she was 10 miles away and we were cycling. She told us to take our time, she’d be here when we arrived, just a really lovely lady.

On arrival she checked us in, got our bikes safe, gave us some breakfast for the morning.

Breakfast was a real treat to be honest, because the hotel was cheap!

After a warm greeting, a decent priced hotel and breakfast included, after our 131 mile day, we figured we can stay here another night.

I had some stuff to be catching up with, the staff were AMAZING and there was a whole bar downstairs for food and drinks. Perfect place to hide away and do some work.

We were just glad to be in a safe place to be honest!
