Despite the border crossing issue and a 12 night stay in Baku due to sickness I personally loved Azerbaijan.
Stew was slightly less enthused due to the food, he struggled to get enough to eat each day as it wasn’t very inspiring for him.
The hospitality of Azerbaijan is wonderful though, just like Turkey and you can’t deny Azerbaijan of it’s beautiful and varied landscapes. Here are some pictures, many you have seen already.
