We Will Miss You Cambodia
We when crossed the border we had really no expectations but we loved it so much.
The food is pretty good in Cambodia! Generally you’ll find fried meats and beef Lok Lak is pretty common aswell. For the most part we ate meat with eggs but in Siem Reap we ate more exciting foods including the amok which is the National dish.
It’s served in a banana leaf which is also where it’s cooked. It’s steamed in the leaf, pretty cool? 🙂
